What a great 48 hours
LudumDare as always the theme is never really what I'd like it to be. This time around it was `Delay the Inevitable`. I decided to go with the idea of an `inevitable` summoning. Where you can delay the summoning of a Demon from the underworld by stopping or interrupting his minions who are hell bent on summoning him. Delaying them for as long as possible will help increase your power by giving you the ability to unlock you own inner power.
Needless to say that I spent most of the time on a prototype of the gameplay. I have been working on the same set of code for 3 earlier LudumDare's with the expectation that I get to use the code from the last competition to start the new one. All of the code an assets are published on github so there is not any violation of the rules of the competition.
You can check out my progress as I've uploaded it for your leisure. Be warned I did not get very far at all. Perhaps after my current project I may endeavor to continue exploring the game design a bit. It was intriguing and had some potential.
