I am happy to announce the release of v0.4.0 a new minor release on the journey to get this game completed.

This release has a good amount of changes things from adding, upgradeable pulse blasters to laser. This is all to get ready for the next phase of development. I want to clean up the code a bit before adding upgrades for all the weapons as well as switch to partial part damage versus the instant destruction that exists now.

That might be a big change in the game so we shall see if that happens next or if I just decide to enhance the planetary experience with some meaningful mechanics. It's a bit tough to say which direction things will take at this point. Just know that more weapon upgrades and different enemies are definitely on the horizon.
